The interview process was so long, it took more than two months. The questions were okay. the most difficult part was the group interview. All questions were non technical. However the interview structure was good
The Market Analysis and Trading graduate programme process involved completing a test; subsequently there was an invitation for an on-demand video interview, consisting of about five questions. I did not proceed to the next stage.

Record answers to pre-set questions, no live interviewer, and one gets 2-3 minutes to respond each question. The full interview takes approximately 30 minutes. It is mix of motivational, behavioral and competency-based questions.
