had an interview with he recruiter then i was told to give a presentation to the hiring manager on my background and something personal about myself.
During my presentation with the hiring manager i could tell within 10 minutes of me talking about my 8 years experience of Partner Sales in the federal space, I could tell she thought i was either over qualified for the role or I would be someone she felt would over shadow her. I started asking about gaps she was discovering on her team but she had only been their six months so a lot of the deep dive questions i had regarding her strategy around Partner Sales, she either didn't want to answer or couldn't
the only question that was asked by the hiring manager was "what is my weakness" and i thought wow, I just gave a presentation on Partner Sales and the best you could ask was what was my weakness. I knew then this was not the team I'd want to be on
