I had three round of interviews for that position and it was technical and answered all of them. I was waiting for two months to give me a clear answer. I talked to hiring manager his boss and his team member and I had thought this is all done as I spoke with last person. after two months with no feedback they came back and said hiring manager move forwarded with another candidate. it was one of worse hiring and recruitment process I have ever seen with no respect to people. Messy working and chaos I believe it was obvious as recruitment team and hiring manager they were not in the same page and everything was reverse in this company comparing with other companies' process of hiring.

Interview is very flexible.they are more concerned about your skill sets according to the requirement.also they will check your basic communication and behavioral in the same day. Very easy process they follow for hiring.
