Run from Glen Hampton! I spoke with Glen Hampton, the President of the organization after an initial phone screen. This was one of the most unprofessional conversations that I've ever had with any level of upper management. During our interview he called marketing "bulls***" and mentioned that he has read a ton of marketing and digital marketing books and it sounded easy but just doesnt have the time to do it all himself. It totally killed the conversation from my end. After reading more company and interview reviews I feel like they are spot on based on my conversation with the president. Why would you ever berate someone's skills and field who is applying for a job that you posted? Learn some class Glen.
