Very standard. I was interviewing fresh out of college and so they wanted to know basic stuff about my academic career, projects, where I see myself 3 years from now. This particular position was on the functional side however they left the opportunity to switch to the technical side if preferred and asked me questions regarding a mix of both.

3 Interviews in two stages:
1.) Onsite campus interview
2.) Business & Technical Onsite interview
Overall the turnaround time from interview to offer was very quick which helped with career decisions. It was much easier than other FinTech's i applied for

Entretien
got the first call from recruiter and it took the recruiter two weeks to get back to me. After setting up an interview date, took another took weeks for the onsite interview.
