Questions d'entretien chez EquiScript

Went through 3 phases for interviews after waiting a week in between communications for followup. The final phase interviewer seemed distracted (regularly looking at another screen) and very few questions, wanting me to fill the silence regularly. After that interview, a week goes by until I was told they'd be choosing someone different. Then I'm contacted a few weeks later telling me they have another opening. Scheduled for another interview later that week. 2 hours before that interview I'm emailed that the meeting was cancelled and "plans have changed" suddenly. As if being in the job market isn't hard enough, being thrown around and treated with such dismissiveness makes it a harder pill to swallow.

Few different rounds. I didn't find it bad at all. It's about your standard interview process for a sales position. You have to sell one of the supervisors a pen at the end of the process.
