Ghosted after phone screen round. First round went well. Mentioned that there will coding test next followed by a 30-min interview with the hiring manager. Sent three follow-up emails. At least have the courtesy to respond.

Phone screen by HR, then in-person panel interview later that week that involved a case study with questions to gauge mathematical ability and strategy competency. I then met with the hiring manager for a while to discuss the role's day to day responsibilities further.
