HR contacted me and scheduled for initial telephone screening. Later I got a call to visit campus for 4 rounds of interviews. The first two rounds were technical, by a senior developer and technical manager. Second two rounds was discussion about my projects and experiences by higher level managers.

Campus selection: APtitutude round with 3 sections as usual. Group discussion on topic Traditional shopping vs Online Shopping, Technical round and then HR round. Pretty straight forward question and Hr asked if i am comfortable with any shift.

Interview level was basic on sql plsql.Topic by topic discussion.

There is usually a Phone Screen for 30 Minutes followed by Skype (45 Minutes).
For Full Time Associates
There is an additional Onsite Interview as well (2-4 hours)
