Pretty straight forward, a consultant gave me a call and set up an interview on a weekend. Interviewer was pretty casual and makes you comfortable. Although I had just 1 interview on site, I would not recommend attending this interview if you are actively searching for a job. They will end up making you frustrated and waste your time. I am a passive job seeker, so I went in with no expectations, also one of my friends suggested that it will be a time waster if you go for scheduled drives like these...so I was prepared in my mind.
