There was a phone interview and two in-person interviews. Overall they weren't bad. Honestly a lot of it was them explaining what the job requires. You really do have to be a certain kind of person to work as a recruiter. Its basically like being a telemarketer who is selling jobs. And surprisingly, no one wants them.
