I wanted to write about my experience to help you: just because it is one of the more progressive and rad labels ever, don't expect *not* to have a very corporate interview. I found the process to be very distant and cold and frankly it flustered me to the point that I performed very poorly in the interview. That said, it was *very* professional and absolutely what I would expect for the position. But don't go into an interview thinking you will high five and reminisce about all the music you love.
