First a short phone interview with recruitment manager. Then a short zoom technical interview with SW manager. Then a long (4h) zoom technical interview with several engineers, followed by final negotiations before consideration.

Overall, one of the most unprofessional interview processes I’ve gone through. A recruiter reached out to me for a short call. After that, a half hour interview online was booked with an interviewer. My interviewer no showed because I was just forgotten about. I tried calling and emailing recruiter during. After 15 minutes I left and asked to reschedule. After multiple emails and calls, recruiter finally got back to me 2-3 days later. They were apologetic and put out the calendar for reschedule. I immediately followed up. A week and more passes; over my written dates. No response. I’m not sure things that are happening internally there are supposed to excuse blatantly wasting a candidate’s time.
