The interview process sold me on working for Epicor. I had an HR phone screening, meeting with the manager and meeting with the development team all within 2 weeks. My impression from interviewing was that Epicor wanted to ensure they found the right candidate but valued my time. In contrast to other companies that had me solving code riddles and drawing the process out for months, Epicor focused on understanding my work habits and thought processes to assess if I'd be a good fit.

There were four rounds. Two technical , one HR and one managerial round. Process was well scheduled and the feedbacks were given on time.Interviewers were polite and professional. Made the interview process feel smooth.
