Unnecessarily long process. I had a phone with the hiring manager and a few days later another phone screen with a team member, both seemed to go well. After several days I followed up and was able to get scheduled for an in person interview. The interview was from 1 - 5. I was placed in a small room and had 5 rounds of 30 minute interviews. Each group seemed pressed to fill time and use the entire 30 minutes, even when they had no other questions to ask. I also had to re-interview with the hiring manager and team member that had phone screened me initially. They had no new questions, and it seemed quite redundant. Overall, I thought the day went well, but it took them another almost two weeks to let me know I wasn't selected. IMO the process was long, filled with inefficiencies, and unpleasant.
