J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic en avr. 2023
Entretien
The interview process was extensive and somewhat opaque. It involved multiple stages, including online assessments and live interviews, but communication throughout was inconsistent. Expectations weren’t always clearly defined, and some parts of the process felt disconnected from the actual role. While I appreciated the opportunity, the overall experience left me with more questions than answers about the company’s culture and priorities.

Question 1
They asked me, “How would you explain a complex technical process to someone with no background in it?” It was clear they were evaluating both communication skills and adaptability under pressure.

Applied, did some assessments that were essentially logic questions, some as you would expect, and others in a made-up programming language. Then went through a phone interview, design challenge, and then finally a 3-4 hour long interview final interview process.

Entretien
Haven't had an interview yet, but upon scheduling the interview, I had to take multiple assessments which albeit seemingly simple were actually kind of difficult. I have no idea how I did or the weight that they have on the actual selection process.

Applied. Got a phone call from another UX designer. Had to do a design challenge that took a week of my time but got rejected at the end and didn't get any feedback which was kind of annoying
