J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic
Entretien
Got reached out to by a recruiter, applied online, got scheduled for a basic phone call. Before the phone call, you complete a personality test along with a skills assessment. The skills assessment has 4 parts, math, a timed section, a logic section which is easy if you have programming experience, and then a section where you have to write code to solve 4 basic leetcode style problems. After that assessment you do the phone call, which is pretty basic, and then you get invited to their super day. Before super day they ask you to do another assessment which tests your basic reasoning abilities, and then on super day you spend 2 hours learning about the company, thirty minutes doing a case study where you have to prioritize tasks, and then a basic 30 minute wrap up interview to describe how your super day went. After that you'll either get rejected or get the offer. Took about 3.5 weeks total

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic (Madison, WI)
Entretien
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
This process included a few online assessments (technical and personality based), calls with a recruiter, one 4 hour day that included multiple technical and non-technical interviews, as well as times to ask questions from someone in the role currently.
