In several remote interviews within the span of about 3 hours, I talked to a recruiter, current employee in my role, did an exercise on reviewing software, and met again with the recruiter. I was also asked to prioritize tasks.

Question 1
What are five words that you would not use to describe yourself.
There were multiple steps to the interview, including an assessment of a website and a test to see how you respond to stressful situations and manage your time. During the actual interview part, they focused on asking about your strengths and weaknesses.
You apply for PM or TS, and they may let you know you are also considered for QM role. The interview includes the presentation that you have to make. I think it is effectively the same as PM but you are judged for PM (IS) or QM.

Entretien
3+ hour intense proctored assessment (coding, math, logic, and reasoning), followed by a 4-hour long interview "day" with some information sessions, a case interview, a 10-minute presentation, and then a screening with HR. Fun process.
