Originally applied for PM. Contacted by a recruiter via handshake with an invitation to apply. Submitted resume and cover letter. Invited to take assessment (~3 hours long, think SAT) and subsequently offered an interview day as well as the option to take a coding assessment. I guess I passed the coding assessment. The interview consisted of meetings, a short group project, and a prepared presentation.
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Entretien
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
