A recruiter contacted me for a position only a few days after posting my resume on monster.com (a few other of my friends were also contacted after only a few days) and I applied online at their website. After applying I was asked to take a personality test and after that, to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was casual and straightforward with an employee working in the field to which I was applying. Now, I have been asked to take a programming/logic skills test and roughly 2 weeks after completing the test I will either be offered to fly to Wisconsin for a face-to-face interview or to not be offered a position at all.
