Met at a college career fair and had a 1:1 interview the next day on campus. Recruiter liked me and invited me to the Madison campus for an overnight stay and interview the next morning. The full day interview consisted of a tour, IQ tests, presentation, lunch with an employee, and about 3 interviews with different people.

Phone screen was typical, there were 5 competency tests that took 2 hours, the final interview was about 3 hours meeting with a few employees

First of all, Apply Online, it's very easy. then Schedual Online Accessment, the accessment have Techinical questions, Math questions, Verbal questions and quick questions. not easy. next Phone Interview, take about two weeks, They need US citizen.

I first had a general phone interview discussing my resume. I then took a skills test. Following the skills test I took an IQ/Intelligence Test that lasted 2 hours.
