J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic (Madison, WI) en janv. 2018
Entretien
Overall it wasn't bad. A recruiter reached out to me to apply, so I did. The first step was an online assessment (mostly soft skills). At first they declined my application, but a few months later they invited me for an in-person interview.
As far as interviews go, it was a very smooth process. They arranged the shuttle to the hotel, set up dinners with current employees, had a strict schedule of general information sessions, small group discussions with team leads, one on ones with the recruiter, lunch with current employees, a tour of the facility, a technical assessment, and a shuttle back to the airport. It felt like being a cog in a well-oiled machine.
Consisted of a full day of interviews and additional sessions to learn more about the company. Overall enjoyable and informative day that gave me a good look of the company and what my role would be.
