Interview structure is true to the other listings on this website. Initial phone conversation, basic online assessment, and a final round interview which is supposed to take place on site. Mine took place remotely due to COVID-19. The final round interview started with a company orientation, then I spoke with a current PM, a member of HR, and finally my initial recruiter. They select people for interviews mainly on the prestige of their university, although I performed well enough on the online assessment to get a callback. I made it to the final round, and was told they would contact me within a week regardless of their decision. I had a very positive final conversation with the recruiter. However, I did not hear from the recruiter for 4 weeks (despite emailing him several times), and ultimately was rejected. The lack of response is very poor company conduct especially for final round participants. From current PMs, I've heard this is typical company culture and most young PMs flee after 2 years in the role.
