The process was confusing due to the multitude of assessments Epic sent in an untimely manner. Although the correspondence was well timed, the third party systems that Epic works with were unprofessional when it came to the proctors, and had many faults within the system that created a much longer period of time that was spent on the skills assessment portion of the assessment.
