Had a phone screening and phone interview, easy to pass if you read the job description your'e being interviewed for. Proceded to be interviewed on campus, where a series of computer and paper tests were done, including a programming assessment. After a whole day on campus, I only had one real interview where it seemed like I was being interviewed for the job, and the interviewer was very awkward. Overall impression of the place is they have a very high turnover rate, are shy about stating the expected work hours (50-60 a week), and have not figured out how to keep most people happy about working there.
