Phone screen was average, typical phone screening. Technical assessment was difficult but I still made it past to final round. Flew out and talked with lots of people about the position, nothing too stressful just lots of information.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
