You meet lots of people throughout the day of the interview. Watch what you say to everyone because even the employee that walks you to lunch is reporting back to HR. They are very laid back and it can be hard to stay professional. Most of the interview questions I was asked weren't too difficult. I think they really differentiate people based on their test scores.
