J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic (Madison, WI) en oct. 2016
Entretien
The phone interview is as much about you getting to know them as them getting to know you. Typical behavioral interview, come with questions. Am bring flown to Madison for on-site interview in the coming weeks. They have a very casual process both in their dress code and in that they want you to be comfortable with the interviewing. One thing that was really interesting (in a good way) was that the person who conducts the phone interview is in the position you are applying for, and is not a member of an HR team or anything,
Consisted of a full day of interviews and additional sessions to learn more about the company. Overall enjoyable and informative day that gave me a good look of the company and what my role would be.

The process began with an initial phone screening, followed by an online personality test and skills assessment. They then invite you to their campus for an in-person interview. While on their campus, you meet current employees, tour their campus, take a couple of written assessments, and interview with an HR rep.
