at first they wanted me to be project managing but then after the initial interview, they thought that trainer would be a better position for me. I went through a four hour exam as well as a four hour interview day all just to get an email saying sorry we went with other candidates. I asked for more information and feedback of my application process and I haven’t heard back from it since.
