Processes was as follows: 1:1 Recruiter Screen 1:1 Interview (w/ peer) Panel Interview (w/ mock discovery call, given time to review and prepare a deck) 1:1 Interview (w/ CEO) Everything was very smooth. There was a little bit of a delay between the first interview and the panel interview (roughly 1.5 weeks) just to get everyone's schedules aligned, they were very apologetic for the delay and even offered to move some stuff around but it all worked out well. Entire process was well managed, everyone was very approachable and open to any questions I had. Was also reached out to by multiple people before dates to confirm/ask if I had any questions about the demo scenario or any other part of the process. Offer letter was quick and well structured. I felt like my time was valued throughout the entire process. In addition, onboarding has also been very smooth. The entire team was very receptive to any questions regarding anything from benefits to company operating flow. In their handling of the interview/offer/hiring they are punching way above their weight class for the size of the company. Say the interview process was "Average" but I'd also say average leaning easy, average because the presentation required prep work and consulting ability, but should be within expectation of the role as an IC.
