First (if selected), you receive an invitation for a video interview. I received the following questions: (1) What do you know about Envoy Airlines? (2) Why do you want to be a flight attendant? (3) How do you define leadership? (4) How would you handle a conflict with a co-worker, would you handle it yourselves or take it to the supervisor? (5) How do you handle an angry customer? (6) How well do you handle change? You have unlimited attempts to record your responses and 3 days (from the time you start) to submit your responses. If you successfully complete the video interview, you receive an invitation for a face-to-face interview (I was given 3 dates/options to choose from). After arriving at headquarters, you sit in a waiting area with other candidates. You are given a brief overview of the interview process and what's expected. You are given your application to review for any corrections to be made. You must complete an essay to describe a time you experienced outstanding customer service and what made it so special. You must also provide copies of your driver's license (or government issued ID), passport (if you have one), and diploma/degree/transcripts. After they collect everyone's info, you receive a presentation from the interviewers (2) describing the company, their experience, and the requirements/benefits of the job. There's also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. You will go through a group interview (3-4 candidates to one interviewer but this may vary as I had a small group of overall candidates) and then an individual interview. I was offered a job moments after the interview and did my finger printing and drug screen immediately afterwards.
