I was interviewed by a VP and provided with a detailed description of the job and the company. Also included was an overall profile of the industry and where the company stands in it. We talked about the entire team and specialties within the team and how they expect to grow in the future. This was a thorough and revealing discussion that preceded a panel interview where I got to meet a number of people already working there.
