the Interviewer was very friendly. He asked me about my motivation for apply the role. The success I had in my previous role. He also asked me what kind of work I would like to do if I can choose.

Process began with a short phone call with one of the directors, which i appreciated as it was a less formal situation to discuss my application and career path and to ask some of my initial questions about the charity and its funding, other staff and its plans for the future. I was interviewed in person on two occasions, with a written task set at the second interview. The interview board comprised the directors and a deputy director, which I appreciated as it wasn't an HR person who didn't really understand the role. It was a very candid and honest interview about the role and the expectations they had for my work.
