The Overall process was not fair. I first interviewed with VP, Insights who asked general questions followed by second round with two Directors, Insights who went through my resume and asked me why I want to join the company etc and I was given the assignment to be completed in 24 hours, I spent my entire Friday night and Saturday to complete the assignment and then sent it back. After sending the assignment I never received a reply from their team, moreover, even after following up with their entire team who interviewed me, no one replied. This is a very bad way how they treat prospective employees and the candidates, at least we deserve a reply, worst I can think of is they are using this interview process to complete their own assignments in short deadlines. To the future candidates applying for this position, clear with your interviewer that you will get a reply, this company don’t seems to respect your work and time, I am glad that I experienced this before joining a company with such a bad work culture.

1) 15-min screening with a hiring manager (Director) 2) 30-min interview with two Directors and then one of them introduced me to their case study for half hour 3) They gave me 72 hours to complete the case study after second interview 4) Another final interview with Vice President and Director, in person this time where I presented my case study
