The interview process was very smooth and efficient. It started off with a general meeting which we discussed the role and company as a whole. They make an effort to create a very easy going environment.
This was followed by a second interview which focused on how your personality and skills could align with the position. (They place a lot of emphasis on interpersonal skills and being able to build trusting relationships) This was more of a psychoanalysis than anything.
Finally, they do a career presentation where they tell you about the whole onboarding process, the training provided, the commission structure and then they give you the floor to ask any questions before making a final decision.
