Shortly after I received another email with a link to schedule my interview. I only met with the recruiter and the interview was more in-depth than my previous initial interviews. He was kind and thorough. I heard back within days that I was not moving forward but this was, by far, the nicest rejection I had ever received. It included bulleted points of what the hiring managers liked and said that they went with someone else more closely aligned to the skills they were looking for.
