Their interview process was quick, but the post-interview process seemed rather unusual and abrupt, especially if you have worked at mature product and services organizations in the past. They didn't seem like big believers in being nice, respectful etc. Their systems, processes and people are never at fault, and it's always the fault of others. Overall, a clean and quick interview process, marred by an abundant display of amateurishness after the interview coupled with amusing belligerence, pseudo-intellectual talks , holier-than-thou and a wannabe unicorn attitude, all rolled into one to cover up for their goof ups.
