Applied online. Phone interview scheduled then a need by them to reschedule. Finally got the phone interview a week later. It was very Q&A oriented possibly outsourced? No conversation..could have been accomplished by sending me a form as opposed to a phone call. Heard that I wasn't moving on in the process a few days later. When I asked one of the four people from the company that communicated with during this stage with me why I didn't move forward - they didn't have the courtesy to respond. Guess a bullet was dodged!
