Always hiring for this position. It is a terrible company with horrible turnover. I used to work here and I want to warn anybody who thinks this place is promising . it is hell

Entretien
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
