General conversation, questions to get to know you, pretty informal and relaxed. The team involved two individuals who were very accomodating to my needs and made me feel welcome. There were some competency based questions and the team showed a real interest in who I am as a person and how I would cope in certain situations to fill out the criteria they were after.
