The staff was friendly. The interview felt more like a conversation as opposed to a textbook job interview. It started with a preliminary phone screening, an interview with a member of the talent acquisition team, in which subsequently thereafter an observation and interview with 2 managers on the same day.
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
