They called me set up an in person interview and did a background check. Easy interview went over somethings on my resume. Told me I was hired pending background check.

First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.
