I applied internally for this position. I was eligible to apply after one year in my initial role. I had to submit a letter of interest and internal resume. I had to receive a meets requirements or above on my performance review. I had 2 interviews. One was over the phone and the other was face to face. The interviewers made me feel comfortable and at ease during the process.

Applied through the company's intranet & contacted to submit a packet: letter of interest in the position, recommendation letter from manager, inter-company resume and 2 performance reviews. 1 phone interview,& in person interview.
