In the interview the manager I spoke too read all of his questions off of a packet. It didn't feel interactive at all and was very repetitive. It seemed like a great job just a hard interview that I was unprepared for. My interviews before were not this bland.

Tell me about a time you were a leader of a group? And what was a positive thing and negative thing you had to deal with.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Entretien
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
