It was a three stage process. One video, one in head office and one in the branch. People were very pleasant and professional throughout the process. Questions ranged in difficulty but overall manageable.

Detailed discussion and interview process. A few rounds meeting the team and explaining the process of the branch. They try to understand how you work and what drives you to see if you are decent fit
3 part interview. First on the phone, second is an observation and third is the final interview. Very easy if you commit to it. Just read the description of the role and cater your answers around that

It was a three stage process in total. First stage was a telephone interview. The second stage was a phone interview and the third stage was an in branch interview. All interviewers were professional and pleasant throughout the process.
