A lot of hoop jumping to sift out poor candidates but otherwise easy interview. Most of the time it's just common sense questions. The people seemed friendly enough. They said it was very early starts 7:30 and a day could be as long as 12hours with only 30mins break all day.

Entretien
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
