Entretien
It first starts with an observational interview where you visit an Enterprise and see what goes on behind the scenes. Next is an interview with a regional manager. They as you many question and ask about what you know about the business and what makes a good salesman. Ask them questions. After is the final interview.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
