Business professional attire. Formal environment. Formal interview process with area manager & branch manager. Make sure you prepare some examples of customer service, sales & leadership. Try following STAR methods. They might ask multiple examples from one area, customer service for example.

How do you rank money, work life balance, promotion, recognition
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
