I had three interviews and wasn't hired for the position. The first was over the phone, the next was at a local branch, the third was at a main branch in Grand Rapids.

The first and last were deceivingly casual and the guy running the interview was very flippant. Felt like everything went well and then got ghosted. They ask typical interview questions (Strengths/weakness) etc.

Easy. Basic questions. Learn about the company. Understand its background and history. Go in knowing that and knowing the basic interview questions. I interviewed with 2 people at an airport. The showed me around where I’d work and who I’d with. Everyone was extremely friendly and seemed like good people.
