J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility
Entretien
3 interviews total. First was with recruiter through teams and simple. Second was at branch with a manager. When I got to the location, an assistant manager made me sit down somewhere and wait in their employees only area. Most employees were busy and none would look at me or acknowledge I was there even though I would say hi, it felt unwelcoming. After more than 10 min, the assistant manager gave me a quick tour and made time until the manager was ready. After my interview, it was made obvious that they're looking for competitive, money driven people willing to sacrifice themselves for this company. The manager ended my interview emphasizing how selective they are and are interviewing lots of other people and that the results of my questions will be compared amongst others. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I did not move on to the final interview.

Entretien
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
