Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility (Saint Louis, MO) en janv. 2011
Entretien
The first step in the hiring process is a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter asked simple, behavior questions that pertained to sales and customer service experience. After that, I was asked for a 1:1 interview with the recruiter I spoke with on the phone at a corporate office. Basically, she expanded on those questions, along with a few other questions about personal success, failures, goals, and expectations of the company.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
